CGC St.Maarten, was selected to demolish the 2 unfinished buildings on the property of The Morgan Resort in Beacon Hill. A fabulous challenge that we accepted wholeheartedly. For this project we invested in a heavy concrete cutter for our largest heavy machinery. This way we can bring every building down without placing a small machine on top of the building. We demolished and cleaned the structures completely mechanical, increasing safety for the labour force.

For Alegria safety was one of the main reasons to work with CGC NV. Together with our client we started the project with a safety analysis. The demolition finished mid 2021
