Since January 2022 we collect all rainwater from our roofs in a big watertank. We use this water to clean our equipment. This way we save a lot of drinking water. Change the enviroment, starting with ourselves.

Caribbean General Contractors has been operating in St.Maarten since 2014. The CGC team is formed with over 30 construction professionals in the field of construction and infrastructure. CGC has the capability to performs all kinds of projects in the civil engineering field. We deliver project as requested, on time and with high quality. As we have done in over 100 projects before.

Besides the work in projects CGC offers grounds maintenance and Heavy Equipment & Trucking operations. With our fleet of 5 trucks and over 20 heavy equipment machinery we can help in all types of situations. CGC also has over 50 garbage containers/bins and storage containers available for rent.

Road & Concrete works

CGC offers complete concepts for resurfacing roads, parking areas and decks in concrete and pavers. CGC also installs sewage lines and infiltration systems. Besides new construction CGC can perform road maintenance and quick repairs.

Marine construction works

CGC does marine construction works for various clients. CGC has performed projects from placing bollards to the construction of coping beams with walk-/ driveways. Together with VAN T HEK foundation techniques we can execute sheet piling and construction projects under one roof.

Excavation & Demolition

CGC owns over 20 Heavy equipment machines including: mini-, midi-, and big track excavators, mobile excavators, job handler and loaders. All these machines come with various attachments to allow any kind of work. With this variety of equipment we can perform works in any kind of shape and size. We specialize in large earthmoving projects and the demolition of buildings and infrastructure.

Waste, Recycle
& Maintenance

CGC maintains community areas, industrial properties, hotels and private properties including the collecting of garbage and waste with underground containers or open/closed bins. Various garbage or waste containers area available for one-time use or weekly service contracts for commercial sites or your community.

Heavy lifting and Transport

CGC can perform heavy lifting jobs using the GROVE 35 ton all terrain crane. For lifting and transporting we have crane trucks that are capable of lifting up to 72ton/m. For local lifting jobs CGC has a job handler. For larger transport jobs we have our own truck with trailer and low loader.
