Planner/Calculator/Supervisor

​

Who are you? An enthusiastic, positive, can do person, proficient in the English language. Thorough knowledge of the Dutch language, spoken and written is an asset.

You have a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, combined with at least 3 years of work experience. 
Our planner/calculator/supervisor on Sint Maarten is tasked with:

Project planning – calculations - purchasing, project supervision and project transfer reports.

You independently visit potential jobs, survey and discuss with the potential client, process rates and pricing for the project resulting in an estimate for the client. Further you will assist the company manager with estimates and quotations for projects and their execution. Some projects you will execute and/or supervise its execution. Computer skills, specifically profound knowledge of Excel, are essential.
